Frequently Asked Questions

What is Pornder?

Pornder is a swipe-based adult video discovery platform. Instead of endless scrolling through a grid, you swipe right on videos you like and left on ones you don't — and the more you swipe, the smarter your recommendations become.

How does swipe-based adult video discovery work?

Each video is shown as a card. Swipe right (or tap the heart) to like it, swipe left (or tap the X) to skip it. Pornder's recommendation engine tracks those signals and surfaces videos that match your evolving taste — similar to how Tinder learns your dating preferences.

Is Pornder like Tinder but for porn?

Yes, exactly. Pornder applies the same swipe mechanic that made Tinder popular to adult video discovery. The core idea is that a quick, binary gesture — like or skip — is a far more honest signal than a click, so recommendations improve much faster.

Is Pornder free to use?

Yes. The core Discover, Explore, Trending, and Favorites features are completely free. A Premium subscription unlocks additional content and features.

How is Pornder different from traditional adult websites?

Traditional adult sites make you search or browse categories manually. Pornder actively learns what you like and brings it to you. Think of it as the difference between a library and a personal recommendation service — one waits for you to find things, the other finds things for you.

How does Pornder personalize video recommendations?

Every swipe is a training signal. Pornder tracks the categories, performers, and styles you like or skip to build a preference profile. Over time the Discover feed becomes a curated stream of videos tuned to your specific taste.

What adult video categories are available on Pornder?

Pornder offers hundreds of categories covering every mainstream and niche genre — from Amateur, MILF, and Lesbian to Anal, POV, Solo, and many more. You can browse all categories on the Explore page or let the Discover feed surface content across categories automatically.

How do I save videos I want to watch again?

Swipe right or tap the heart on any video to add it to your Favorites. Access your saved collection any time from the Favorites tab.

Can I watch adult videos together with a partner on Pornder?

Yes. Pornder's Watch Together feature lets two matched users stream the same video in sync — you both see the same timestamp in real time, making it a shared viewing experience regardless of location.

What is Watch Together on Pornder?

Watch Together is a synchronized co-viewing mode. Once you're matched with another user, you can start a Watch Together session on any video, chat alongside it, and experience the content simultaneously — useful for long-distance couples or friends exploring content together.

Can I search for specific adult content on Pornder?

Yes. The Explore page includes a full-text search bar where you can search by keyword, performer name, or category. Search results update as you type and can be filtered further.

How often is the Trending section updated?

The Trending section refreshes every hour based on views, likes, and swipe-right rates across the entire platform. Daily and weekly breakdowns are also available so you can see what's consistently popular versus what's spiking right now.

What premium features does Pornder offer?

Pornder Premium unlocks exclusive high-quality content, removes ads, enables advanced filters, and gives priority access to new features as they're released.

How does Pornder match users with other people?

When two users have both liked (swiped right on) the same video, Pornder considers it a mutual interest and creates a Match. From a Match you can chat or start a Watch Together session.

What is the Discover feed on Pornder?

Discover is the main home screen — a continuously updating stack of video cards curated by Pornder's recommendation engine. Each card shows the video thumbnail, title, and key tags. Swipe to vote and the next recommendation appears instantly.

What is the difference between Trending and Discover on Pornder?

Discover is personalized to your preferences — it learns from your swipes. Trending shows what's popular across all Pornder users right now, regardless of your personal taste. Many users check Trending first to spot viral content, then rely on Discover for their daily queue.

Is my viewing and swipe history private on Pornder?

Yes. Your swipe history and preferences are stored anonymously and are never shared with or visible to other users. Only mutual likes (Matches) are surfaced to both parties.

Can I use Pornder on my phone?

Yes. Pornder is a mobile-first progressive web app that works on any smartphone browser — iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and others. The swipe gestures are designed specifically for touchscreens.

How many videos are available on Pornder?

Pornder aggregates content from multiple sources and updates its catalog continuously. New videos are added daily across all categories, ensuring the Discover feed always has fresh content.

What makes Pornder's recommendation algorithm different from other adult sites?

Most adult sites rank content by raw view count, which favors old viral videos. Pornder's engine uses swipe signals — a more deliberate, binary preference — combined with category affinity and recency weighting, so new videos that match your taste surface quickly even if they haven't gone viral yet.
