1. Acceptance

By accessing Pornder you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and agree to these Terms, and are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

Access is strictly prohibited to anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed this site, contact us immediately at legal@pornder.com. We support parental control tools including Net Nanny and Bark.

3. Content

All content on this platform depicts consenting adults aged 18 or older at time of production. We do not host, distribute, or permit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) under any circumstances. Suspected CSAM should be reported to NCMEC CyberTipline (cybertipline.org) and law enforcement.

All performers appearing in content hosted on this platform have provided written consent and proof of age. Records are maintained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (see our 2257 Statement).

4. Prohibited Use

• Accessing or attempting to access content if you are under 18.
• Downloading, redistributing, or reselling content without written permission.
• Circumventing geo-blocks, DRM, or access controls.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers.
• Uploading, sharing, or linking to non-consensual content.
• Harassing other users or platform staff.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion, except where required by applicable law.

6. Advertising

Non-premium accounts are shown advertisements served by third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Premium subscribers receive an entirely ad-free experience.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and platform software are owned by their respective owners. No content may be reproduced without explicit written authorisation.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We exclude all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
